Using Passa

Passa is an exam preparation service. You must give accurate information when you create an account and choose your university, department and program. You are responsible for keeping your password secret.

Content

Questions, explanations and exam sets are for your personal study. You may not copy, sell, publish or share them, or use automated tools to collect them. Passa is independent of the Ministry of Education and universities. Practice results do not predict or guarantee results in the official exit exam.

Payments and access

Premium access is bought for a fixed period and does not renew automatically. Access starts when the payment is confirmed. Refunds follow the refund policy.

Acceptable use

• Do not share your account or attempt to access another person’s data.
• Do not submit someone else’s payment receipt or a receipt you have already used.
• Do not interfere with the service or test its security without written permission.

Suspension and bans

We may suspend or ban an account that breaks these terms. You will see the reason and can appeal from the account restriction page. Banning an account does not delete your study history and does not by itself decide any refund.

Changes

We will announce material changes to these terms in the app before they take effect.
